The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00. In case of smoking in the room, 200 EUR penalty will be charged. Please note that it is not possible to make a payment with an American Express credit card. Please note that in case of a group reservation (more than 3 rooms), 14 days before date of arrival the reservation will be changed to a nonrefundable reservation. Please note that a late check-in in after 00:00 hour is only possible up on request. An additional fee of EUR 20 will be applied.
